Installing Tux Paint on Ubuntu

To install it on our Ubuntu system, all you have to do is access the download section from the project website and choose our operating system to download it.

For your installation in Ubuntu we can use the flatpak package. If you don't have flatpak installed, open a terminal (Ctrl + Alt + T) and run the following command to install flatpak framework:

sudo apt-get install flatpak

Then we will add flathub repository, which hosts a large list of flatpak applications, including Tux Paint:

flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo

We can finally install the software drawing using command:
